2. Listing Board Only & No Verification

This Platform functions exclusively as a listing board. It displays items posted by users. The Platform does not verify the identity of sellers, students, the condition of items, or the legitimacy of any listing. We do not do background checks.

3. No Transaction Responsibility

All sales transactions (pricing, negotiation, physical exchange of money and products, delivery) occur entirely outside this Platform, directly between the buyer and seller. The Platform:

• Does NOT process payments for items (payments on the site are strictly for contact unlocks).
• Does NOT verify items or sellers.
• Does NOT mediate or resolve disputes.
• Does NOT provide buyer/seller protection or escrow services.
• Does NOT guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.

4. Payments for Unlocks

Payments made (e.g., ₹29) are strictly in exchange for 3 Contact Unlocks (revealing heavily obfuscated phone numbers on 3 listings). Once a payment is verified, the sale is final. There are no refunds for contact unlocks.

5. Use At Your Own Risk & Total Zero Liability

By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you do so entirely at your own risk. The creator, developers, and hosts of this Platform accept ABSOLUTELY ZERO LIABILITY for any:

• Scams, fraud, or dishonest dealings.
• Financial losses from physical or digital transactions with other users.
• Personal safety incidents, injuries, or harm occurring during physical meetups.
• Disputes, disagreements, legal actions, or conflicts between users.
• Harassment or misuse of contact information after an unlock.

6. Campus Safety Guidelines

Users are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution when transacting. We highly recommend:

• Meeting ONLY in public, visible, well-lit areas on campus during daylight.
• Inspecting items thoroughly before transferring any money.
• Never making advance payments or deposits to unknown sellers online.
• Bringing a friend when meeting a stranger for an exchange.
