1. About This Platform

WPU HUB ("the Platform") is an independent, student-run marketplace and is strictly NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to MIT-WPU (MIT World Peace University) in any way. It is a personal development project.

2. Information We Collect

When you use the Platform, we collect:

• Account Data: If you sign in (via Google), we collect your email address and display name strictly for authentication and tracking your contact unlock credits.
• Listing Data: When you list an item, we collect details (title, price, description), images, and your mobile number.
• Payment Data: We track UPI transaction references (UTRs / Notes) to verify payments. We do not collect or store your bank account details or UPI PINs.

3. Public Visibility & Contact Hiding

By default, your name and phone number on listings are hidden from the public. They are only revealed to authenticated users who have successfully spent a paid "Contact Unlock" credit. By creating a listing, you consent to your contact details being shared with these specific buyers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can manually delete your listings at any time through the "My Items" section in your account dashboard. Once deleted, your contact information associated with that listing is removed from public access.

5. Contact & Concerns

This is an independent community project. If you have concerns regarding your data, you can delete your listings immediately via your account dashboard. For further inquiries regarding personal data removal, please contact the site administrator.
