1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WPU HUB ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. STRICTLY UNOFFICIAL PLATFORM

This Platform is entirely unofficial and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, funded by, or connected to MIT-WPU (MIT World Peace University) or its administration. It is an independent, student-built project.

3. Platform Purpose & Payments

The Platform serves solely as a listing board. We do not facilitate the actual sale of items. Payments made on the Platform are specifically for purchasing "Contact Unlocks".

• A single payment of ₹29 grants the user exactly 3 Contact Unlocks.
• One Contact Unlock is required to reveal the hidden phone number and name of a seller on a listing.
• Payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the seller does not reply, the item is sold out, or the listing is removed.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information in your listings.
• You must not post illegal, stolen, or prohibited items.
• You must not post spam, fake listings, or misleading content.
• You are solely responsible for all physical interactions and monetary exchanges with other users.

5. Listing Policies

• You can manage and delete your listings from your account dashboard.
• The Platform reserves the right to moderate, edit the title of, or remove any listing without notice if it violates these terms.

6. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or safety of any listing or transaction. The purchase of Contact Unlocks does not guarantee a successful item purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform, its creator(s), and developers are strictly not liable for any:

• Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices by users on or off the campus.
• Disputes regarding physical sales between buyers and sellers.
• Loss, damage, or harm arising from physical meetups.
• Technical issues, server downtime, or loss of purchased credits due to technical failure.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
